To be in Christ means to be born again. You can’t be in Christ without been born of God. Any man, boy or girl (no matter the ethnicity, nationality, race, age or religion) who is in Christ his or her past is absolutely done away with and he or she embraces ALL that Christ is. So in Christ you are exactly all that Christ is.
Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come! (2Cor. 5:17[AMP]).
The term ‘new creation’ is a rabbinical usage used for anyone who converts from idolatry to Judaism. It’s the same concept applied here but in a deeper sense.
No one is too bad for this experience. Anybody no matter your history of sins, iniquities and transgressions, you can enjoy this new birth experience.
A New Heart
19 And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh: Eze.11:19
In-Christ you’re not refurbished repaired or worked on. You are totally made a new person. You are recreated. You’re a new creation, a new creature, a new specie, a new being in a new world. You may not feel or look it but that’s exactly what you are right now as a believer in Christ.
You are no more under the yoke of sin and death (Rom. 8:2). You’re no more in the domain of the rulers of darkness and the wicked one – satan (Col.1:13).
You’re now in the kingdom of God. In the world of limitless possibilities. No terminal diseases here. No impossibilities here. You are all Christ is (1Jn.4:17).
For God to make or create you as a new creature, a brand new specie, he did something; He permanently removed your past – your old state of being – that nature of sin, weaknesses and moral, mental and spiritual limitations by death. When Christ died you died with Him. A dead man ceases to exist. When Christ resurrected you resurrected with him and began a new life as a new creation with no bad past.
(Rom 6:3-11 [KJV])
Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also [in the likeness] of [his] resurrection:
Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with [him], that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
For he that is dead is freed from sin.
Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
God made everything about you afresh, truly new. The past is now history for you. You’re now in a new world. A world of endless possibilities. You are a new creature in Christ. You must know this truth deeply. Nothing can alter this newness you enjoy now.
This new creature and specie we are talking about has never existed before. It has no past. It does not have a history of medical problems, a history of curses, death and poverty. This creature is God’s master piece. Nothing can be compared to it of all God’s creation; it is the crown of them all.
A Wonder Producer
The new creation is a wonder producer, a record breaker, a god on earth, the world and satan has never seen a specie like it. Satan is always in awe of you the new creation of God.
Beloved, it’s time to unleash what is in you. You are on earth on display, to display to the world the goodness of God, the wonders of our kingdom. You can start NOW.
As a believer in Christ all your sins, mistakes, errors, lapses, and slips are all forgiven and God has no record of them anywhere and will never remember them (Heb.8:12;Heb. 10:17). They are all gone for good. As far as God is concerned, it NEVER happened.
You’re now in a new world called the Kingdom of God. Here all things are possible and all needs are sufficiently supplied. No wants, no lack. All good things are yours for your enjoyment and satisfaction. You’re only limited by your desires and imagination (Eph.3:20). Take advantage of these possibilities now.
You’re a master of circumstances. You’re not under any of them. You’re like the wind (Jn.3:8). The world does not understand you and cannot hold you back.
God, our father created this world for the new creation to rule, reign, subdue and dominate it.
You’re a new creature now and always and forever. There won’t be any moment when you would become the old creature you used to be.
As a believer, Christ is your experience. Christ is your position before God. Believe and meditate on these truths and see it abundantly manifest in your everyday life. The supernatural life can be a natural daily occurrence for you. That’s how you were created in Christ to live.
We Operate By Different Rules
The New Creation in Christ operates by different sets of rules (Rom.6:19; Rom.8:1; 2Cor.5:16; 2Cor.10:3). We do not operate by the rules of the flesh anymore. The limitations and dictates of the flesh can’t hold us anymore. We now operate by a higher law – the law of the spirit.
We do not live all our life by our natural senses anymore. Our spiritual senses instructs us, guides us, informs and educates us. This is what puts the believer above always. He operates by something beyond this world, something the world does not have and cannot have.
7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
King David cried for this New Creation life but couldn’t get it
10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
He saw the power of this new creation man and wanted to partake of it. He saw how that this man will be so one with God that the world would simply bow to him. David was a warrior and knew what he could do if he were made this man. He had won many battles before now but he knew if he was this new creation man he could do far much more. This man is the epic of God’s handiwork. He cannot create any other thing better than this man.
What David and all the other prophets wished to have is completely your today. What will you do with it?
